I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure you can't covert a swf to flv in any version of Flash.
You could do it by using After Effects, or there are a lot of converters out there (I have no experience with any of them)

you can export video from flash - preferably mov and then import it into flash again and make flash convert that to a flv ...
or you can use swf2video - which uses the same feature as the quicktime exporter in flash - to render a running swf with frame lag compensation
you set a time amount and then it records 1 frame at a time at simulated real runtime - WITH interaction
or you can use aftereffects, at first hand i wont execute script or run nested movieclips - but i read an article some while ago on adobe community site i think about how to make swf's in AE run as intended
but i don't have the fla source file, i don't know if it can do. anyway, i've tried a swf to flv converter which can do the conversion. maybe source file can be converted by FLASH?
